Free IVA Help

How can an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) help you?

If you are struggling with overwhelming debt problems then you may qualify for an IVA to help you regain control of your family finances. IVAs were originally introduced by the government in 1986 to support people with overwhelming debt problems and last year nearly 50,000 people took advantage of the help available under this government approved scheme to enter into an IVA.

An IVA is a formal agreement between you and your creditors. The IVA proposal sets out the amounts you will repay each month and the period over which you will repay – usually 60 months. Providing that you meet the basic IVA criteria – at least £6,000 unsecured debts and the ability to repay at least £80 per month – then you may indeed be able to get the help that your finances need.

As an IVA is a formal agreement; it has to be set up and supervised by a licensed insolvency practitioner such as our company. We have a number of Insolvency specialists within the company who are on hand to help guide you through the maze of available IVA options. We deal with 1000`s of people every year who are desperate for financial help to deal with their creditors.
