IVA Advice is a website that has been specifically designed to provide impartial and unbiased advice on all the lastest news and ideas concerning Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA’s).
Over the last few years the number of people in significant debt has grown hugely and now in 2009 Citizens Advice are forcasting more than two million people have significant and enduring debt problems. As the number of people in debt has grown so has the demand for debt advice. Consequently, there are now more than 500 organisations across the UK offering debt advice.
2009 is a year in which the UK Banking industry will find itself under significant investor pressure to reduce bad debt provisions – usually by tightening lending criteria – while debtors continue to look for ways to relieve the debt pressures they find themselves in. Both these creditor and debtor pressures will continue to result in very high numbers of IVA’s being agreed in the UK. As more and more UK consumers start to understand how an IVA may be able to help them get their financial lives back on track, so the demand for professional advice will continue to grow.
IVA Advice is part of a Group of Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (IP’s). Under the IVA legislation only a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner is authorised to put an IVA before creditors for approval. As one of the leading Groups we are completely up to date with all the latest news in the IVA market, as well as being duty bound in law to provide completely impartial and unbiased advice at all times.
